AZ Solutions provides web development, software development, SEO optimization, and related digital services. The specific scope of each project will be defined in individual project agreements.
2. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual project proposals. Typically, we require an upfront deposit before work begins, with the remainder due upon project completion.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you will own the rights to the custom work we create for you. We retain the right to use general techniques and knowledge gained during the project.
4. Confidentiality
We will keep your project details and business information confidential. We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. You will be responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes will be resolved in Finnish courts.
